How to transfer your domain & purchase hosting

Transfer your existing domain and start using our hosting services in 7 simple steps.

Steps to follow if you already have a domain but you wish to transfer it to us

Start at our Webshop

Visit our Webshop at https://client.reyalizedigital.com/

Set up your account

New to Reyalize Hosting? Now is the time to create an account with your details
Already have an account? Simply log in
To register, click “Login” / “Register Now”
Ensure to save your newly created password.

Select your data-center location and package

Click on “Order new service” to see what is available for you
Choose the hosting category with the data-center location of your choice, and select the product which best meets your requirements.
Tip: pick the data-center location closest to your target audience
Pro tip: for worldwide clientele, add the global Content Delivery Network (CDN) under “Add-ons”

Connect your domain

Select “Transfer domain”
Enter your domain name
Ensure that you have:
- An EPP/AUTH code for your transfer from your current registrar
- Unlocked the domain with the current registrar
- Disabled WHOIS privacy services
- Access to the email address provided for registration
If the domain is available for transfer, check the boxes of the checklist and click on “Add to Cart”
Click “Continue” to proceed to checkout and payment.

Finalize your purchase

Ensure you provide valid and complete contact details, including VAT number, or else your purchase may be rejected by the system or the domain registrar
Add payment information
Review your order
Carefully read the Terms and Conditions, and click to agree if your wish to agree to them
Click “Place Order” to finish
You will receive information by email regarding your purchase and account.

Check domain registration details and nameservers

In your webshop Dashboard, click on your domain product.

Once the transfer is approved and completed, which can take anywhere from a few hours to 7 days, depending on your previous registrar, you will be able to edit your registration details

Under “Contact info”, verify that the correct details are registered. The domain registrar may cancel any domain registration with incorrect contact details.
Under “Name Servers”, ensure that the nameservers show as follows:
- ns1.reyalizehosting.com
- ns2.reyalizehosting.com

Important: if you currently use services that depend on existing DNS records, such as Google Workspace, Outlook 365 or Google Search Console, ensure that you copy / backup / write down these DNS records and add these required records to your DNS Zone in your Hosting Control Panel. See the Login how-to page for more info.

Go to reyalizehosting.com with the information provided in the email after purchasing the package
Or, on the webshop Dashboard, select the purchased Hosting Package, and then select “Login to Panel”
