How to transfer your domain & purchase hosting

Steps to follow if you already have a domain but you wish to transfer it to us

Prepare your domain for transfer

At your current registrar or hosting provider, you’ll need to:

Unlock your domain
Request the Auth/EPP code

Depending on the current provider, this can take several days. Need hosting sooner? We can set up a temporary subdomain immediately – just ask

Choose your hosting plan

Go to our hosting plans page
Select your preferred package and click “Add to basket”
Need something specific? Contact us for a custom solution

Select your location

Choose at which datacenter location you’d like your website to be placed
Tip: pick the location closest to your target audience
Pro tip: for worldwide clientele, add the Content Delivery Network (CDN) option

Start your domain transfer

Select “Transfer a domain from another registrar”
Enter your current domain name
Click “Transfer domain”
Add to basket to proceed

Complete transfer details

Toggle “Transfer” on
Enter your Auth/EPP code
Fill in your details:
- Registrant name (your full name)
- Registrant organization (your company name)
Complete your address details
Click “Update” to proceed

Finalize your purchase

Add payment information
Review your order
Click “Confirm” to finish

Confirm the transfer

Check your current registrar’s email or web interface for a transfer confirmation link
Approve the transfer request to speed up the process
The domain transfer typically takes 5-7 days to complete
