Steps to follow when you want to request a SSL certificate
Important tips
When your website is created, SSL certificates for your website and webmail are automatically requested in the first 5 minutes
SSL certificates are free, are requested through “Let’s Encrypt”, and are valid for 90 days. They are automatically renewed.
Enter your Security Zone
Log into
reyalizehosting.com
Go to the “Websites” tab
Select your website name
Click on “Security”
Manage your SSL certificates
Check if the status for your domain shows as ‘active’
Check if the certificate is provided by Let’s Encrypt
If this is not the case, you might need to wait 5 minutes, or there might be an issue with your DNS zone
You can attempt to request a certificate by clicking the ‘3 dots’ and selecting “Request” for both options
Choose to enable ‘Force HTTPS’ (recommended)
In case you would like to install a custom certificate (for advanced users, or specific CDN reasons), you can do so by clicking “Install custom SSL”
